I recently made a long distance move to Richmond and working with Crystal Taylor was such a positive and pleasant experience. Her expertise coupled with her kindness and sense of humor helped me find a home that I love. While moving, especially long distance, can be a stressful experience, Crystal always answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made sure I had all the necessary information in decision making and in closing. Her guidance and knowledge of the Richmond area is incredible! I would highly recommend Crystal to anyone buying or selling in RVA.

Great as always. I think this is my 5th buy/sell with Crystal. Every time I've been involved in a real estate transaction, the housing market has been different, and Crystal is able to easily navigate whatever the market conditions are at the time. This time around Crystal made some great suggestions for improvements that would really show off the property and make it shine during showings. Thanks!

Crystal is amazing. She goes above and beyond in helping her clients to find a perfect home. She answers every question and follows up with details, doing everything as she would do for herself. Her years of experience in real estate and knowledge of seemingly everything are instrumental to getting the best deal. Highly recommend and would absolutely work with her in the future.

I learned of Crystal Taylor through a friend of mine, another Re/Max agent from Dallas Texas. I was still in Dallas When I called Crystal. I worked with two other agents who wrote three different contracts for the selling houses and I lost all three. Crystal listened to my concern carefully, she understood what am I looking for and what was my problems with the other two agents. She worked with me remotely with no problem, and I started to trust her. She is very knowledgeable and explained the market situation and decided to accept the challenge. We reach our decision after one week and bought the first house after we put our offer. I honestly think it is very important for the agent to know how to communicate and use tactic. She wrote the contract so it can be applicable to the seller and win. That was very important.
